Reservation Guarantee
Upon receipt of non-refundable deposit and signed event agreement.
Wine availability
From our winery: Bishop Creek Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris, other wines (including sparkling) and malt beverages by special request. We also have a selection of non-alcoholic beverages available by request.
Event Budgeting Information
Typical range of charges: $300 - $600, depending on size of event, time, date, set-up and cleaning.
Charges may include:
$300 - $1,000 wine purchase minimum
$50 - $200 cleaning & additional labor deposit
$300 - $600 exclusive use fee
Scheduled Use Rate
Charges apply for use beyond regular business hours, per the following guidelines:
$50 per hour, per employee for non-regular hours;
One employee per 30 guests required; (3 maximum)
Gratuity: 18% on beverage service
Balance due: Deposit required to reserve space; balance due at the conclusion of event.
