WHAT IS THE CUSTOM BLENDING AND LABELS PROGRAM?
No two people taste the same. By that we mean that each person perceives aromas and flavors differently. Although I suppose the alternate meaning to the opening statement is true too, our point is that each person is the best judge of what tastes good to him or her.
Our custom blending program is founded on this philosophy – that anyone, you!, can (and should) be able to create a wine that is uniquely suited to your taste. We give you the basic building blocks, samples of well made, single variety wines such as cabernet sauvignon, merlot, cabernet franc and others, and you combine those wines into a blend (a cuvee) that uniquely epitomizes the expression of your organoleptic preferences. This is the approach winemakers in Bordeaux and elsewhere have taken for centuries. We can help you formulate your custom blend, or you can strike out on your own, and when you have achieved the most perfectly balanced wine that your palate can produce, for only $18 a bottle or carafe (10% case discount), you will have your very own custom wine to take home or give to friends or business acquaintances to enjoy. Complete the process by creating a personalized label for your concoction that recognizes your role as winemaker!

Pre-made Blends
Introducing Blending in a Box! You can now enjoy our popular custom blending experience at home or wherever and whenever your winemaker aspirations strike. Our blending box comes with three heavy red wines, beakers, measuring syringes, tasting notes and placemats, and instructions about how to concoct your own custom “cuvee.”
The rest is up to you. Once you’ve hit upon your perfect blend, you are welcome to call or come in with the recipe for your award winning wine and we can blend you bottles or cases of your mix to enjoy yourself or share with friends. We can even help you create your own label.
