Urban Wineworks, Lexi Dog and the Oregon Humane Society team up for YAPPY HOUR Wine and dogs . . . what could be better?! Photos from our January 30th Yappy Hour Nalah, a homeless Pug sheltered at the Oregon Humane Society, was adopted on January 30th at Urban Wineworks' first ever Yappy Hour! Wine enthusiasts and their beloved dogs visited our urban, dog-friendly winery, to sip Bishop Creek Cellars wine, create doggie-made Valentines, mingle with other dog parents, and partake in the "doggie kissing booths." All proceeds from the kissing booths were donated to the Oregon Humane Society. January's event was a huge success, and the Oregon Humane Society has teamed up with us to participate in future Yappy Hour events. February 27th Yappy Hour Gloria, another homeless dog sheltered at the Oregon Humane Society, was adopted, thanks to Urban Wineworks' February 27th Yappy Hour. Photos from our April 30th Yappy Hour Another homeless dog sheltered at the Oregon Humane Society, was adopted (pictured on the right with new "parents") thanks to Urban Wineworks' April 30th Yappy Hour. Wednesday, May 28th 6-8:00 PM Lexi Dog, Portland’s premier dog boutique and social club, will unveil all the latest and hottest fashions for spring on dog models. Prizes will be given to attending dogs in glamorous, hip and silly fashions, so dress your best friend up for the event! Have pictures taken of your pooch during the fashion show by Nina S Photography! Nina S Photography will donate half of all photography proceeds from this show to the Oregon Humane Society. Nina will also be raffling off a complimentary portrait session ($125 value) - all raffle proceeds will benefit OHS. Wednesday, June 25th 6-8:00 PM Oregon Humane Society (OHS) will reveal the winners of their 17th annual "Fuzzy, Furry and Feathered Friends" photo contest. Purchase a dog toy from Lexi Dog to help shelter dogs so they have fun until they find a forever home. Lexi Dog will donate a portion of all new toy sales to OHS. Bring food or treats to donate to OHS shelter dogs too! A portion of all Bishop Creek Cellars bottle sales will also benefit OHS. Wednesday, July 30th 6-8:00 PM Certified Master Groomer Angela Jacobs will answer all your questions on how to groom your best friend. Purchase a bottle of Bishop Creek Cellars wine and receive a complimentary toenail trim. A portion of all sales benefit the Oregon Humane Society. Lexi Dog will give out doggie spa products. Come meet adoptable dogs from the Oregon Humane Society.
