WINE TASTING FLIGHT SUGGESTIONS
In addition to by-the-glass sales, Urban Wineworks has tasting flights available for events. Each flight is composed of three to five wines, two ounces of each, set up in an educational sequence. Tasting cards are provided by Urban Wineworks with notes, descriptions, and informative facts about the wine. Tasting cards may be customized with corporate logos, group names and dates.
Bishop Creek Bevy
We always have a flight available of our delicious Bishop Creek Wine! Featuring our sophisticated Pinot Noir, our light and aromatic Pinot Gris, and special blends composed by our Winemaker and Vineyard Manager, the Bishop Creek Bevy serves as a delightful introduction to Bishop Creek, or as an enjoyable alternative to quaffing by the glass.
Boutique Flights
Each month we select a unique and exhilarating group of wines around a theme to serve as a boutique flight. Whether it's an exotic journey through the reds of South America, an intellectual comparison of the wines from France, or a refreshing round of Rosés, our boutique flights are sure to capture the imagination and seduce the senses.
Flight of Heavy Reds
Urban Wineworks and Bishop Creek Cellars also carry a selection of red wine for your enjoyment. The varietals may vary slightly, but you can generally count on a firmly structured Cabernet Sauvignon, a deep, bold Syrah, a smooth and quaffable Merlot, a firmly tannic Tempranillo, or a fragrant Cabernet Franc to please you and your guests.
