OFF-SITE POURS

Urban Wineworks is a unique winery, tasting room and retail wine shop located in Downtown Portland at NW 16th & Flanders. The winery offers a rustic, yet contemporary environment appropriate for any size of event on site. In addition we also offer our services for off-site pours in downtown Portland and the surrounding vicinity.

Days/Hours
Our staff is available for Off-site pours anytime.
Hours are negotiable.
10 days notice is required for all off-site events.

Reservation Guarantee
Upon receipt of non-refundable deposit and signed agreement.

Wine Availability
From our winery:
We produce and offer our own Bishop Creek Cellars premium wines made with grapes from our vineyard in Yamhill, Oregon. We offer various vintages of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Dessert wine. Our Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, and other “heavy red” varieties are sourced from various Pacific Northwest appellations. You can blend these to create a specialized cuvee for your event. Additional Beverages
Non-alcoholic beverages may be supplied by the off-site host.
Urban Wineworks is not responsible for service of other beverages.

Budgeting Information
Typical range of charges: $150.00 upward depending on the size of your event.

Charges include:
$500.00 wine purchase minimum
$40.00 per hour, per employee
$50.00 set up/cleaning fee
$10.00 OLCC special event permit
$0.30 glass rental per stem ordered
$1.00 breakage or loss charge per stem

A non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date.

The remaining balance is due at the conclusion of the event unless special arrangements are made.
