Eligible States
Alaska May ship only to Anchorage, Juneau, Sitka and Fairbanks. FedEx has approved shipments only to certain zip codes (we check with FedEx before shipping).
California No quantity limits.
Colorado No quantity limits.
Florida There are 5 dry counties in Florida where direct wine shipments are prohibited: Lafayette, Liberty, Madison, Suwannee and Washington. Consumers are required to file tax payments.
Honolulu This region has a limit of 6 cases per household, per year, for combined onsite and offsite sales.
Illinois May not ship more than 12 cases of wine (each case containing not more than 9 liters) per year to any adult Illinois resident.
Iowa May not ship more than 18 liters of wine per month to a consumer in this region.
Louisiana There is a limit of 4 cases per household, per year, for combined onsite and offsite purchases.
Maui This region has a limit of 6 cases per household, per year, for combined onsite and offsite sales. Required before we can ship: names, addresses and birth dates of both the purchaser and the receiver.
Michigan May not ship more than 1,500 cases per year to a consumer in this region for onsite and offsite sales.
Minnesota Wineries may ship, for personal use and not for resale, not more than 2 cases of wine, containing a maximum of 9 liters per case, in any calendar year to a consumer in this region.
Missouri May not ship more than 2 cases (each case containing not more than 9 liters) of wine per month to a consumer in this region.
Nevada May not ship more than 12 cases per individual, per year, for combined onsite and offsite sales.
New Hampshire The 5 dry cities are Brookfield, Ellsworth, Landaff, Monroe and Sharon. May not ship more than 60 bottles per household, per year, for combined offsite and onsite sales with the following exception: bottle size maximum of 1 liter.
New Mexico This region has a limit of 2 cases per individual, per month, for combined onsite and offsite sales with the following exception: case to contain no more than 9 liters.
New York This region has a limit of 36 cases per individual, per year, for combined offsite and onsite sales.
Ohio This state has a limit of 24 cases per household, per year, for combined onsite and offsite sales.
Oregon This state has a limit of 2 cases per individual, per month, for combined offsite and onsite sales.
Texas May not ship more than 3 gallons within any 30 day period to the same customer for combined onsite and offsite sales.
Virginia This region has a limit of 2 cases per individual, per month, for combined onsite and offsite sales with the following exception: a case may not exceed 9 liters.
Washington No quantity limits.
Washington, D.C. This region has a limit of 1 quart per individual, per month, for combined onsite and offsite sales.
West Virginia May ship no more than 2 cases of wine per month to a consumer with the following exception: maximum 9 liters per case.
Wyoming This state has a limit of 3 cases (36 liters) per individual, per year, for combined onsite and offsite sales with the following exception: a case must not exceed 9 liters (rule is on fiscal year basis from July 1-June 30 every year).

On-Site Only Shipping Available
Arizona This state has a limit of 2 cases per individual, per year, for onsite sales. The consumer must visit one time each calendar year. This rule only applies to the "on-site" shipping law.
Georgia This state has a limit of 5 cases per individual, per year, for onsite sales.
Kansas No quantity limits.
Rhode Island "The law permits, however, out-of-state wineries to ship wine orders that are "personally placed by the purchaser at the manufacturer's premises, for shipment to an address in Rhode Island, for non-business purposes."
