Event Planning
Bishop Creek Cellars' wine tasting room is also an event facility in Newberg, Oregon. The tasting room offers a rustic, yet contemporary environment. To help plan your event, contact Ryane Mooney at 503-487-6934.
Days/Hours
Regular business hours are Wednesday-Sunday, 1-7pm.
Events are welcomed any hours of any day, subject to availability.

Total area - 1,000 sq. ft.
Capacity - Total: 50 guests
Off street parking; close to bus stops; bus and limousine accessible.
Reservation Guarantee
Upon receipt of non-refundable deposit and signed event agreement.
Wine availability
From our winery: Bishop Creek Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris, and heavy red blends (subject to availability), other wines (including sparkling) and malt beverages by special request. We also have a selection of non-alcoholic beverages available by request.
Event Budgeting Information
Typical range of charges: $300 - $1200, depending on size of event, time, date, set-up and cleaning.
Charges may include:
$300 - $2,250 wine purchase minimum
$50 - $300 cleaning & additional labor deposit
$500 - $900 exclusive use fee
Scheduled Use Rate
Charges apply for use beyond regular business hours, per the following guidelines:
$50 per hour, per employee for non-regular hours;
One employee per 30 guests required; (3 maximum)
Gratuity: 18% on beverage service
Balance due: Deposit required to reserve space; balance due at the conclusion of event.
